Academic excellence is unrivalled for our boarding students at Trinity. Boarders can take full advantage of the teaching staff who are available to assist, as well as giving them full access to the school’s ICT facilities. Any boarders who require extra help will receive it as there are regular weekend revision sessions held during the spring and summer terms, serving as an advantage over non-boarders. This allows boarders to have more of a secure link with teachers and tutors, inspiring them to become strong individuals who succeed in today’s ever-changing and complex world. The combination of invaluable pastoral and academic support builds a strong work ethic and unparalleled academic growth which prepares students for life beyond boarding school.

Further to the family community and academic excellence, boarders can benefit from the formation of invaluable life skills. There is increased responsibility for boarders, in which the House Captain and Vice House Captain assist the boarding staff in the running of the house, as well as meeting with the Senior Deputy Head fortnightly to discuss matters as a boarding community. Older students can also benefit from a supportive environment that bridges the gap between home and university. They develop a capacity for accountability and self-sufficiency that will serve them well in later life.
