Types of Scholarships Available

Sports Scholarships

Trinity School has a proud reputation for sports excellence, offering scholarships for elite performance in any sport, from football to triathlon. Candidates will be assessed on their overall performance, experience, and fitness, followed by an interview with the Headmaster.

Expectations of Sports Scholars

• Lead and participate in school sports events
• Encourage peers to engage in sports
• Represent the school at external competitions

Creative & Performing Arts Scholarships

These scholarships recognise talent in music, drama, dance, and art. Candidates will perform two contrasting pieces or present an art portfolio, with assessments from department heads and the Headmaster.

Expectations of Arts Scholars

• Organise creative and performing arts events throughout the year
• Actively encourage others to participate in creative and performing arts during lessons and extra-curricular activities
• Show consistent artistic growth in and out of school

Academic Scholarships

For students demonstrating academic excellence across subjects, these scholarships involve assessments in English, Maths, Science, and other relevant areas. Interviews will be conducted to gauge intellectual curiosity and ambition.

Expectations of Academic Scholars

• Lead and inspire their peers academically
• Organise guest speaker events and educational trips throughout the year
• Participate in academic competitions and challenges in and out of school
• Show continual academic progress
