Year 5 and 6 learn about computer coding
2nd February 2015
Upper Key Stage 2 pupils had the opportunity this week to try out ‘Scratch’ which is an online coding and programming site. Trinity already subscribes to ‘Espresso’ http://www.espresso.co.uk which teaches coding to pupils from Year 1 upwards but Scratch is a free resource which children can easily access and use at home.
The web address is www.scratch.mit.edu Years 5 & 6 pupils have already created logins and so may like to spend more time having fun with their ‘Sprites’! Miss Parker
