Spanish Cafe Raises Funds for Charity

Year 7 and 8 ran a fabulous Spanish Cafe on Tuesday lunchtime which showcased Spanish and Mexican cuisine and raised money for a local homelessness charity.
The pupils decided to sell quesadillas, nachos and churros con chocolate, which they all made themselves. Students and staff had fun salsa dancing and using a photobooth complete with Spanish themed props.
Lots of money was raised for the Amber Foundation which is an important locally based charity that supports young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
