South West Chef of the Year

Tom Sinclair took part in the South West Chef of the Year competition at Exeter College yesterday afternoon.
Tom cooked a surf 'n' turf ravioli with a dill and lime hollandaise and roasted garlic king prawns. The judges were incredibly impressed and he won Devon Junior Chef of the Year 2024!
Tom will now go on to further finals on 5th October.
