So Near Yet So Far.. Ten Tors 2020

Our hard working and determined Ten Tors teams were not able to complete their challenge last weekend, but we thought it was only right to reflect on the amazing effort, commitment and performance of both the 35 mile and 45 mile teams.

It has been a challenging winter with freezing walks and ground conditions wetter than most can remember. With March looking better, the teams were preparing for their final training walk before the real event when 'shut down' came. We hope for both teams that they will take the opportunity next year to finish their journey. What they have all developed is a respect for the moors and an appreciation of the true challenge of Ten Tors, as well as developing ‘soft skills’ that will serve them well beyond school.
