BOARDING STUDENTS ENJOY SUMMER WEEKEND LIFE AT TRINITY
27th June 2014
Our boarding students have been really enjoying the excellent summer weather lately, making the most of the sea, the fantastic Devon coastline, and the other amenities on offer in our region. A few of the boarders who are leaving us this term recently wrote down what they thought about these activities and the school.
''I liked Splashdown Water Park, doing a DT project with Mr Donaldson, fishing, cycling, surfing, and go-karting. I have been on science and history trips, and now in curriculum enrichment week we have studied business, food technology, art, theatre, and woodland activities. My favourite trips were Splashdown because I had a lot of fun and the history trip because I’m really interested in history. I had some pretty good moments. Thank you.'' Ambroise Triail-Plaussu, Year 7, from Paris France
''I liked the trips we did. They were interesting and I enjoyed them a lot. The surfing trip was the one I liked the most because the surf was good and the barbecue after was very nice. The aqua park was amazing too, as there was a slide that was sooooo good! Eduardo Arriola, Year 8, Bilbao Spain
My favourite trip was the waterpark, because I liked the Daredevil Drop. It was also very cool because there was a swimming pool so your children can have fun while you do lengths. I will miss this school because everyone is so nice to me. My favourite meal has got to be that pizza and chips because it was nicely prepared. Thank you for looking after me. Ethan Hennigan, Year 7, England
We spent a very good moment with Mr Davies when we went surfing and then the barbecue was amazing. Sometimes, the trips were a bit boring like Horse Riding but for me the best trips were surfing and Aqua Park with Miss Farr. Thanks for everything. Adrien Faucher, Year 8, Paris France
