Young Enterprise team impress at Princesshay, Exeter
11th December 2018
Trinity's Young Enterprise team took their environmentally conscious product to the streets of Exeter in a bid to sell stock and raise awareness of their powerful message.
The team had developed a range of reusable bags called Maosulia, which featured a turtle as the motif because the brand aims to promote using less plastic and to draw attention to the effect plastic pollution has on marine life.
Pupils had a stall at Princesshay in Exeter where they presented their bags on Saturday to judges and the wider public as part of the Young Enterprise challenge, and it was a long and busy day. This followed on from last Saturday where the pupils had the opportunity for a stand at HSBC in Exeter.
Exeter MP Ben Bradshaw even stopped at the stand and listened to the pupils as they passionately explained their brand messages and the importance of their work.
All of the pupils impressed with their energy, passion and commitment, and represented Trinity values superbly.
