Whilst Trinity School is situated in a uniquely stunning seaside location and pupils benefit from local coastal opportunities (Surf Life Saving, rowing, sailing and other watersports), the School also serves as a centre for excellence in tennis and cricket.
The Tennis Academy is run by former junior international player Mark Syms and his team of coaches and provides programmes for players from National to Beginner levels.
There are two outdoor floodlit courts, one indoor court and a well stocked clubhouse.
Tennis lessons are scheduled throughout the week and the extensive programme includes individual, group and squad training.
Tennis is a major sport in Trinity and at present the school has a number of high level players of all ages. These include a top 10 British junior and a number of other players ranked in the top 50 in the country. There are also numerous county players at Trinity.
Paul Diamond, Academy Director for the Indoor Cricket Academy, coaches pupils throughout the school, working closely with staff to ensure that cricketers fulfil their potential.
Tennis and cricket coaching take place throughout the day. Pupils enjoy programmes of individual, group and squad training in both. Tennis and cricket also feature as very popular clubs in the Prep and Senior Departments.
