Profile:

John Turner graduated from Exeter University with a BEd Hons degree in 1980. He started teaching at Trinity in January 1988 as a part time Head of Music in the Senior Department, becoming full time in 1989. Since then John has had a number of varied roles in at the school; he currently teaches in the Science Department and is Data and Assessment Manager with a wide range of varied responsibilities. John has lived in Exeter for over 30 years and is married with two children. Chryssa, his wife, also teaches at Trinity in the Learning Success Department and his daughter, Alex, is currently at Trinity in the 6th Form. John’s main interest is in music and he has sung in Exeter Cathedral Choir for over 32 years.
