A local Teignmouth lad, Darren has 18yrs experience in the hotel & catering industry, Darren joined Trinity from Woodbury Golf and Country Club in April 2008 where he worked as 2nd Chef. He is married to Lucy with 2 children, Lewis & Jaiden
Darren’s interests include playing squash, spending time with his family and travelling.
