Boys and girls have a variety of sports lessons each week to enable them to develop their sporting potential in many different areas. The boys concentrate on rugby, football and cricket, whereas the girls play hockey, netball and rounders.  It is not only about team games; Trinity Prep has a proud reputation of success at cross country and badminton. All pupils also have many opportunities to swim in our beautiful, heated outside pool as well as learning many skills involved in athletics.

As well as learning the skills involved in these games, all pupils get the chance to represent the school in competitive matches against other schools.  This helps build their confidence, as well as learning the importance of taking part in competition. Whilst it can be disappointing not to be selected for every match, those pupils still at school for the afternoon enjoy team building activities and an additional sports lesson to practise some of the key skills to help their performance in the future.

Trinity School also has Cricket and Tennis academies onsite, where pupils have the opportunity to have extra lessons in their specific area of expertise.  From learning the basics at the very youngest age, to accomplished county and national standard players, all pupils are encouraged to play.

Trinity School also gives the opportunity to learn more individual sports such as skiing and sailing in after school clubs run throughout the year.  Whatever your sport, whatever your standard, all pupils are encouraged to take part as much as possible.
