Accommodation & Facilities
Trinity School
The School benefits from having a mix of modern and historic buildings. This helps
create an environment that is clean and efficient, but which still has a warm and
friendly feel. Creating this blend of the professional and the homely is a key physical
component in helping to generate the most positive atmosphere we can for our community.
The recently refurbished boarding accommodation is bright and comfortable. Older
girls and boys, in their separate accommodation, enjoy single and twin-bedded rooms
with wash-basins, some rooms having en-suite facilities. Many bedrooms have panoramic
views. Boarders live in the main school building and therefore have access to a
full range of facilities in the evenings. There are common rooms and a tuck shop.
The Sixth Form students, both Day and Boarding, are also fortunate in having a social
base in the main building that successfully blends an informal “university style”
common room with a section that is a well-equipped centre for study and research.
The junior boarders are cared for by qualified teachers, with substantial experience of looking
after younger boarders
Through both staff input and provision of the facilities outlined above, the School
aims to create a family atmosphere that allows each boy and girl to make good friends.
Everyone should feel a sense of belonging and therefore be able to live and work
feeling happy and free from anxiety.
