A Day in the Lodge

“I am very happy with the nursery and so pleased my children attend. I think they gain a lot from it and I am completely happy with the environment which makes it much easier for me to leave them to go to work.”

As part of a rich environment in which the foundations for lifelong learning are established, we constantly observe and assess the children in a variety of learning situations. These observations are linked closely to the different areas of the Early Years curriculum in order to inform our professional judgments of your children and in order to build a picture of the type of learner they are. The key workers access an on-line tool ‘Orbit’ to record, assess and generate personalised Learning Journeys which can be shared with you as they evolve.

We hope this quick guide will help with booking sessions and understanding the fees:

● Morning or afternoon sessions are 5 hours minimum and run either 8 -1pm or 12 – 5pm.
● The morning session can be extended to ‘school’ pick up at 3.30pm.
