INTER HOUSE CROSS COUNTRY COMPETITION

This event started with the mixed seniors (Year 11, 12 and 13) running at Beggars Bush on a cross country route just off of the A380. Beth Camp (Luscombe) was expected to win but a slip near the finish enabled Sam Fellows (Luscombe) and Mike Dean (Ugbrooke) to overtake, with Sam being the eventual winner. Luscombe House won the Senior event and they then appeared to go on and dominate the other age groups as well.

The Junior Boys race was one by Dan Williams (Luscombe) and the Junior Girls race was won by Lucy Ellison (Luscombe). Ugbrooke House won the Junior Boys Competition and Luscombe House won the Junior Girls Competition.

The Intermediate Boys race was one by Josh Anderson (Powderham) and the Intermediate Girls race was one by Emma Paget (Ugbrooke). Luscombe House won the Intermediate Boys Competition and Ugbrooke House won the Intermediate Girls Competition.
The overall cross country results were -

Luscombe House 12Pts
Ugbrooke House 11Pts
Powderham House 7Pts
