The Catering Team
Trinity School
Our “in-house” catering team of eighteen staff, covering food services for Trinity
Lodge, Trinity Prep & Senior Departments, is managed by Stephen Rowe. Head Chef
Darren Bowen (formerly Woodbury Golf & Country Club) and sous chef, John McHugh
(formerly Nottingham University) head our team of chefs and meals for Trinity Lodge
Nursery are supervised under the ever watchful Sue Symonds. Members of the Catering
Team are encouraged in personal development. High standards of consistency and quality
are achieved only through regular training, education and assessments.
