Staff and students alike were delighted that the fantastic A level results from this summer – 50% A*/A and 98.5% pass rate - have seen a huge climb into the top half of The Times Top Independent Schools list. The list is compiled using the results of Independent schools from all over the country and ranks them based on A*/A percentages.
Trinity School, according to The Times, is the best non-selective school in the South West, competing and beating many larger and more selective schools and also has a positive value added i.e. students achieve at or above what they are predicted. We take students from any starting point and help them achieve their goals and dreams. Add to this our holistic approach to education. students leave succesful, happy and confident.
Further analysis shows that Trinity School is the fourth best school, in terms of results, in Devon and Cornwall. However, those above Trinity are all significantly more selective in their intake i.e. they will only accept those pupils that are the best academically.
