Our Location

Trinity is stunningly located in Teignmouth, Devon, with outstanding views of the sea. We are within 25km of both the Dartmoor National Park and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, and we are on the world-famous South West Coast Path, sandwiched between the East Devon and South Devon Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Given that Teignmouth is on the main South West to London railway line, only 20 minutes from the M5 motorway, and 25 minutes from Exeter International Airport, it is clear that our combination of location and accessibility cannot be bettered.

Teignmouth is a popular destination for holidays as a result of its beautiful location and accessibility. It is surrounded by wooded hills, and located at the seaward end of the picturesque Teign estuary, on a stretch of coastline dominated by the spectacular cliffs of Devon Red Sandstone.

Being a small town in a region renowned for its peacefulness, Teignmouth is a safe and pleasant place in which to live and work. It is, nevertheless, very well connected, and therefore the culture and excitement of city life are readily accessible - be it in historic Exeter (20 minutes), maritime Plymouth (40 minutes) or even London (under 3 hours by direct train).

There are many things to do in Teignmouth with some of the most popular being surfing, sailing and sea rowing, with the town often hosting a multitude of events such as music and drama festivals and art exhibitions.

Devon is known to be one of the most desirable places to live in the UK and the South West of England is an area noted for its scenic beauty, high quality of life and pleasant climate.

We recommend Airports Direct SW for those requiring a taxi.

Train

We are very close to the main line between London and the South West. Journey times are typically about 10 minutes from Newton Abbot, 20 minutes from Exeter and Totnes, 25-30 minutes from Torre and Paignton and 40-50 minutes from Crediton and Exmouth.

London is between 2 hours 50 minutes and 3 hours 20 minutes away with many direct services.

Air

We are only 25 minutes from Exeter International Airport. Flybe run services to Amsterdam and Paris (CDG) which connect well to Eastern Europe and the Far East. The Amsterdam service also connects to the railways of Holland and North Germany.

Alternatively, there are a range of European flights from Bristol International Airport which is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

London Heathrow is also readily accessible (about 3 to 4 hours away by car, taxi or coach). The trains from Teignmouth to London Paddington arrive only a few metres from the platforms for the Heathrow Express service, meaning this rail connection is excellent and easy to use. Total travel time is around four hours to the Heathrow terminals and services depart approximately hourly from about 06:00 until about 20:00.
